Cookie Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how JarvisWorks LLC (" Company ," " we ," " us ," and " our ") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use StudioZoomies at https://app.studiozoomies.com (" Website " or " Services "). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices.
For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy .
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies set by the website owner are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality on or through the website (for example, payment processing).
Why do we use cookies and similar storage?
We use first-party cookies and browser storage for essential operation of the Services, to remember your preferences, and to record that you have acknowledged this notice. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on StudioZoomies.
How can I control cookies?
When you first visit our Website, we show a cookie notice at the bottom of the screen. Click Accept to acknowledge this policy and dismiss the notice. We store that choice in your browser's local storage so we do not show the notice again on that device.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Essential cookies are required for sign-in, customer portal access, and other core features; blocking them may prevent those features from working.

What cookies and storage do we use?
The following describes the main cookies and browser storage used on StudioZoomies today.
Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary to provide the Services.
- Supabase authentication session. Keeps you signed in to the studio app. Set by our authentication provider when you log in.
- Portal session (
portal_session). Keeps customer portal links working after you open a hub link. HttpOnly; used only for portal access.
Local storage (preferences and consent)
We use your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember UI choices such as light/dark mode, sidebar state,
table column preferences, and similar in-app settings. We also store a record when you click Accept on our cookie notice (cookieConsent). This storage is for functionality and consent acknowledgment, not
for advertising.
Third-party cookies when you use integrated features
When you use certain features, the third party listed below may set its own cookies or similar technologies according to its policies:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Google Maps Platform — location lookup and maps in job scheduling. Google Privacy Policy
- Supabase — authentication and backend services tied to the session cookies above.
We do not serve targeted advertising through our Website.
Logging and error capture (not a cookie)
Separate from cookies, StudioZoomies temporarily keeps a short in-memory list of recent browser errors and warnings
during your session (for example, from console.error, uncaught exceptions, and unhandled promise
rejections). This list is limited in size and does not include full browsing history.
When you submit a bug report, we attach a snapshot of that session data together with page and device details (such as URL, browser user agent, viewport size, time zone, and account identifiers when you are signed in). Your written description and any screenshot you choose to add are included only if you provide them. This information is stored with the bug report so our support team can diagnose issues. We do not use a third-party error-tracking or analytics service such as Sentry for this purpose.
This diagnostic capture is described further in our Privacy Policy .
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies or storage we use, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
